Real-Time Asset Conversion & Scene Assembly.
Worked with official Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) assets to recreate production-quality models and scenes for real-time, interactive experiences on AR.
Converted extremely heavy film-production assets into optimized real-time versions while
preserving near-identical visual fidelity to the originals.
Led the initial proof-of-concept to kick off the project, then handled end-to-end scene assembly and real-time adaptation: 3D modeling, shading, texturing, baking, and rigging (V-Ray), then translating the look into efficient real-time shaders,
delivering interactive scenes that ran smoothly on mobile.
